Biography highlights

Reese is a 20-year-old award-winning changemaker, community-builder and speaker.

At age 16, he founded ISSIA, Hong Kong’s largest youth-led nonprofit. The organisation empowers changemakers through project-based learning. Since 2019, ISSIA has involved 300+ volunteers from 80+ schools, launched 30+ projects and has been featured on Nasdaq.

As an international speaker, Reese has spoken to 4000+ attendees at 60+ engagements, including global conferences (e.g. World Humanitarian Forum, Asia Pacific International Schools Conference) and schools

As a passionate social impact advocate, he has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Future Minds 25 Under 25 Awardee and  Advisory Board Member at the Royal Society of Arts in London.
