Ed Winters, a.k.a. Earthling Ed, is a vegan educator, best-selling author, public speaker, content creator, and co-founder and co-director of Surge, a non-profit animal rights organisation. He has given speeches across the world, including TEDx talks, and hosts The Disclosure Podcast. In 2018 Ed opened the 100% vegan Unity Diner, with all profits directed towards projects that help animals. Ed’s first book, THIS IS VEGAN PROPAGANDA, will be out from Ebury in January 2022.
