Brand Trust and Reputation Capital
Businesses want to have strong and long-lasting relationships with their consumers. That relationship is built on trust, but in a post-truth world brands are faced with a serious challenge: so much of modern life is defined by mistrust. My speeches illuminate a way forward for organisations wishing to strengthen consumer engagement by closing credibility gaps. That issue is a central theme of my best-selling book ‘The Post-Truth Business’…
Foresight-Driven Innovation and Anticipatory Leadership
The World Economic Forum reports that leaders are trying to better understand new business models that will enable them to survive a world permeated by frequent shocks. Leaders have always had to anticipate and embrace change, but today, innovation, on which any organisation is so reliant, is becoming more challenging than ever.
My innovation-speeches link to my many years of brand consulting, university lectures and partnership with The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. They are intended to inspire delegates to boost innovation in their organisations, and also link to my successful book ’Influencers & Revolutionaries’.

Brands are built on trust, but in a post-truth world they're faced with a serious challenge: so much of modern life is defined by mistrust. A shattering of the vital trust connection between brands and consumers, together with the evaporation of authenticity as a core brand pillar, is causing enormous problems for businesses on a global scale. If a brand isn't seen as trustworthy, then when choice is available it will be rejected in favour of one that is.
