Shanni Elcock is an opinionated marketer with over fifteen years of experience in a variety of industries including music, FMCG, telecoms, and even the charity sector. Shanni specialises in creating and implementing strategies that focus on leveraging a deep understanding of customers and digital technology.
Currently, a senior digital marketing consultant at Adobe with a focus on customer experience, Shanni currently supports large global brands with getting the most out of their marketing technology and giving their customers personalised experiences at scale. This specialisation requires marketers to bring together deep customer insights, creative content strategies and technology to show customers how and where the brand is relevant to their needs.
Prior to that Shanni Elcock led the customer insights generation arm at national charity Be the Business, where she extracted insights about business leaders for both the charity and the UK government.
Her mixed B2B and B2C background has created a deep belief in the fact that customer insight and understanding is the single most important tool for business leaders.
