Tim Munden has been Chief Learning Officer of Unilever since May 2016, responsible for learning and development for Unilever globally, and also responsible for Wellbeing. In this role his focus is on building the leaders and teams needed for a purpose driven business, developing the skills and capabilities for a digital and disrupted world, and enabling people in Unilever to have the wellbeing needed for happiness and high performance. Since joining Unilever in 1993, his assignments have taken him to the Netherlands, Belgium, the US and the UK. Before becoming Chief Learning Officer, he was Vice President of HR for Unilever UK & Ireland. In his spare time he works with non-profit organisations to enable leaders to develop their ability to make a positive difference in the world.
